Job Description
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Will be able to manage his subordinates from Engineers to Technicians
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Monitor Spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with clients and service providers
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Plan and oversee all repair activities Locally and Abroad
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies
- Implement technical training and Skills for the staff
- Will be able to manage performance and assessments such as (Annual Appraisal, technical performance, mental health)
- Ensure that the company maintains high standards of ethics and social responsibility through all transactions
- Responsible for all the team annual appraisals and evaluations by coordination with the HR Manager
- Perform any task assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role minimum 10 years
- Familiarity with financial and budgeting procedures
- Very good negotiation skills.
- High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
- Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent skills of dealing with different internet applications.
