Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
Will be able to manage his subordinates from Engineers to Technicians
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Monitor Spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Manage relationships with clients and service providers
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Plan and oversee all repair activities Locally and Abroad
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies
Implement technical training and Skills for the staff
Will be able to manage performance and assessments such as (Annual Appraisal, technical performance, mental health)
Ensure that the company maintains high standards of ethics and social responsibility through all transactions
Responsible for all the team annual appraisals and evaluations by coordination with the HR Manager
Perform any task assigned by line manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role minimum 10 years
Familiarity with financial and budgeting procedures
Very good negotiation skills.
High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Strong reporting and presentation skills.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
Excellent skills of dealing with different internet applications.
