Job Description

  • First line support for the users 
  • Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications. 
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem. 
  • Perform hardware and software installations.
  • Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers  , Exchange
  •  ISA server administration 
  • Terminal Server administration 
  •  Respond to users Tickets and requests
  • Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines 
  • Maintain, improve and follow the ISO policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Microsoft windows XP, Vista, Win7 and Win8.
  • Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012
  • Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.
  • LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications 
  • Antivirus and antispyware software  awareness 
  • A working knowledge with switches, routers, firewalls. 
  • A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • A working knowledge with ISA, Exchange servers
