- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers , Exchange

- Terminal Server administration
- Respond to users Tickets and requests
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
- Maintain, improve and follow the ISO policies and procedures
- Microsoft windows XP, Vista, Win7 and Win8.
- Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012
- Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.
- LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
- Antivirus and antispyware software awareness
- A working knowledge with switches, routers, firewalls.
- A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
- A working knowledge with ISA, Exchange servers
