Job Description
Job Purpose
- Handle all Enterprise Reports
- Handle commission with Enterprise Heads and Business Development team
- Handle Analysis related to the Enterprise Sales
- Prepare forums presentations
- Handle special analysis to support management decisions
Report To Position Name
- Responsible to send MTD reports sent to the Large team/SME/Telesales & Agents on a daily basis
- Responsible to send Churn & Shelf churn report sent to Large team/SME / Telesales biweekly
- Responsible to log YTD report on Enterprise gate showing the YTD target vs. achievement (gross ads, points ) YTD churn trend, tariff analysis, Tariff Mix *Handling all Ad-hoc reports & special requests
- Transferred Accounts /CTR reports sent on monthly basis to Large / SME team to handover as per process
- Prepare all special forums presentation *Prepare special analysis to support the decision-making process
- Prepare the performance analysis per the Sales manager with findings and recommendations
- Support & consolidate the targets breakdown on a monthly basis

- Good communication skills, time management, reporting & analysis skills

- Analytical Skills Advanced Excel Access
- EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
- 1 year experience in operation field
- EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
- Preferred in the reporting and analysis function
