Job Description
- Managing Bosch’s website updates with backend controlling and Google SEO
- Managing Bosch’s presence on social media and YouTube pages and sharing a monthly performance report
- Coordinating the activities with the Regional Digital Transition team and preparing the required digital reports
- Monitoring and reporting Bosch’s online retail presence and sharing monthly content with all retailers
- Coordinating with teams and agencies for online sales data collection and improvement plans
- Monitoring and reporting competitors’ activities executed on their online channels
- Aligning and cooperating with Product Managers to prepare monthly campaigns plans for Social media and YouTube platforms
- Up-taking new digitally targeted projects and activities
- Coordinating with the customer service team by sharing all related requests or complains gathered from social media platforms pertaining to service issues
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, SEO, Google analytics, and social media
- Excellent English communication (spoken/written)
- SEO experience is a big plus
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Must be able to communicate on a daily basis with the Regional Digital team
