Job Description
- Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
- Set a plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible subcontractors.
- updating and feeding subcontractors vendor list.
- Shortlist for selected subcontractors in the market. (based on subcontractor’s vendor list - project vendor list).
- Following EUC subcontracting process steps for project package (ITT - financial and commercial comp, - confirming budget based on package scope of work - placing subcontract with all related package documents).
- Responsible for appropriate subcontractor selection /bidding processes.
- Project package minimum achieved saving 10%.
- Advance payment following up.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to assure subcontract kick-off
- Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Civil
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in AutoCAD, and Good knowledge in Revit,
- Soft Skills: Attention to details, Leadership, Management, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Communication, and Analytical
- English Language skills: Very Good
- Minimum Years of experience: 5 years of experience
