Job Description

  • Handling day to day students requests and inquiries, offering logistic and adminstirative support/work all the adminstirative work of the Non academic student Life department.
  • Assising the Student Development Manager in handling student activites, clubs and studnets related events.
  • Managing the finances of the students’ cafeteria and Photocpying center.
  • Liasing with different departments in conducting student activities.
  • Establish feedback and review processes for all student engagement exercises to measure value and outcomes.
  • Enforcing risk management rules and regulations, during major student events and trips, while efficiently acting and responding to incidents if need arises.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of of Business Adminstration - Marketing Management or Mass Communication , or Public Relations , or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in the field of administration , and student extracurricular activities and previous proven experience in handling and managing different types of event .
  • English and Arabic Proficiency.
  • Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows, with high level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and a part of a team.
  • Experience with event management>
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Able to maintain utmost confidentiality while exercising careful judgment in all department affairs
