Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
- Diagnose issues with computer software and hardware.
- Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Follow up daily server backup.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- 1-3 years experience working as a Help Desk.
- Proven working experience in providing Help Desk Support.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
