- A leading software company located in Amman, seeking to recruit an IT Help Desk Support Technician with the following qualifications and skills
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree related to the required position.
- (2 to 7) years’ experience on the required field.
- Good experience in network installation and configuration, windows server setup and user management.
- Ability to configure computer peripherals and printers, and troubleshoot related issues.
Preferable experience:
- Previous experience in software companies is preferred.
- General knowledge of ERP systems and basic accounting knowledge will be extra benefit
- Basic Knowledge of using graphic design software will be plus.
- Basic Knowledge of XML will be plus.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to work and effective time management
