Job Description

  • A leading software company located in Amman, seeking to recruit an IT Help Desk Support Technician with the following qualifications and skills

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree related to the required position.
  • (2 to 7) years’ experience on the required field.
  • Good experience in network installation and configuration, windows server setup and user management.
  • Ability to configure computer peripherals and printers, and troubleshoot related issues.

 

Preferable experience:

  • Previous experience in software companies is preferred.
  • General knowledge of ERP systems and basic accounting knowledge will be extra benefit
  • Basic Knowledge of using graphic design software will be plus.
  • Basic Knowledge of XML will be plus.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Commitment to work and effective time management
