Job Description
- Organize and complete the architectural design plan and construction drawing design to improve the rationality of the plan;
- Review the design drawings of the architectural profession and propose solutions to technical problems;
- Organize and complete the research work of building materials;
- Implement and solve the technical problems in the project construction process and the improvement of related design drawings, and timely support and cooperate with the requirements of on-site construction management of the Engineering Department;
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in the use of Rhino 3D model software, or 3DS MAX, Sketch-up, etc.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, 3-5 years of work experience in this major.
- Solid professional foundation, good independent program design ability, good at drawing expression and hand-drawn sketch expression.
- Familiar with common design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe, and Office series software, and familiar with relevant building codes.
- Loving profession, dedication, earnest and responsible, with good professional quality and strong communication and coordination ability, organization and coordination ability.
