Job Description
- Overall responsibility and supervise all activities related to an assigned project ensuring completion to budget and time schedules.
- Oversee subcontractors and onsite construction activities.
- Follow up the project master plan.
- Develop & implement QC checks.
- Responsible for Providing feedback regarding project progress, deviation and changes.
- Assist contracting department in development & implementation in contracting strategy.
- Lead team of Engineers & foremen Desired Skills and Expertise .
Job Requirements
- degree of Engineering (civil / construction) is a MUST .
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Very good knowledge with materials, methods, tools involved in construction, different international standards & design techniques.
- People Management and Delegation Skills.
- Experience in New capital projects is preferred .
