Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided call lists
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to inform and engage potential clients
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments or transfer warm leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
- Follow up with interested prospects when necessary
- Achieve weekly call and lead generation targets
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with targets and call quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Basic English is required
