Job Description

  • Manage the effective achievement of Human Resources objectives through the leadership of the Human Resources– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff.
  • Prepare and recommend the Human Resources budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance. 
  • Participate in, approve and manage the review and update process of the organizational chart and MPP on quarterly basis considering all business changes and updates and reduce the variations. 
  • Manage, follow up, ensure effectiveness, full life cycle of Talent management including Talent acquisitions, building capabilities, performance management, talent defemination, succession planning and rewarding and recognition programs. 
  • Ensure all employee services are presented in timely and efficient manner that meets employees expectation in terms of quality measured by satisfaction surveys.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
  • Participate in HR strategic meeting conducted by Hr. center of expertise.
  • Analyze recommend modification of compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive plans and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage payroll process accuracy including maintain and changing of employees pay structure and master data on SAP system, running salaries, in addition posting to finance department. 
  • Manage and ensure the Maintaining and updating process of employee personnel files and ensure the process requirements to legal, HR policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with governmental agencies and organizations in community and ensure compliance to their requirements. 

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration 
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
