We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Planning Lead to oversee all aspects of the production and material planning processes. This includes but is not limited to production scheduling, process demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.

The main goal here is to ensure that the company’s production cycle and inventory levels are in alignment with customers’ demand & supporting efficient operations to achieve a high & outstanding customer satisfaction level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Forecasting Planning
  • Utilize sales and market trends to analyze and forecast demand.
  • Align with Sales & Marketing teams' forecast figures to mitigate risks and manage fluctuations.
• Production Planning
  • Coordinate with the production team to deliver a production schedule that would ensure effective change over process reducing waste in time and material.
  • Control and monitor production to ensure a high level of schedule adherence, and reporting deviations in order to adjust or fix as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Inventory Management
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure that the raw material is available to meet customers’ demand and achieve high OTIF.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimum stock levels of RM, WIP & FG.
