Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for endoscopy product inquiries, providing expert knowledge and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to medical staff and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption and market growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and enhancements.
  • Support the sales process by assisting with technical product information, tender documentation, and customer meetings.
  • Participate in product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops to promote endoscopy solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support for endoscopy products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all product-related activities.
  • Gather and report on product performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision-makers, and end-users.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in a product specialist or similar role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven expertise in endoscopy products, procedures, and technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, training sessions, and industry events as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
