Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions and materials for sales teams and customers.
- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies to maximize market reach and impact.
- Monitor product performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and technical specifications.
- Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events to showcase product features and benefits.
- Coordinate with the development team to prioritize and resolve product issues or feature requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Product knowledge and expertise in the medical field
- Area of expertise (Orthopaedic Surgery, Cardiology, Disposables, Endoscopy, Laboratories, Anaesthesia, Medical imaging)
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Effective Sales skills and the ability to meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Medical, Life Sciences, or Business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
