Job Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You'll need to be able to clearly explain complex information to customers from all backgrounds.
  • Problem-solving: Being able to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently is key.
  • Patience: Customer service can involve dealing with difficult or upset people. A patient and empathetic demeanor is essential.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with computers and relevant software is usually required. In some cases, experience with specific customer relationship management (CRM) systems might be necessary.
  • English Speakers: English level B2 - C1.
  • Grads and Dropouts.
  • Rotational Shifts: Flexible with the night and overnight shifts.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in the customer service is a plus.
