Job Description
- Contact the prospect merchants and arrange to demonstrate the company services.
- Arrange to collect the required documents as per the prevailing policy from the prospect merchants.
- Coordinate with the partner banks and the company operations team for smooth onboarding of merchants.
- Handle documents deficiency and exceptions with the concerned units within the company
- Work within the preset targets and SLAs.
- Work with different time zones to meet the multi country nature of the job.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in business administration (Preferable GUC,BUE )
- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Dynamic and eager to learn
- Organized and target driven
- Decent excel and word capabilities is a must
