Job Description

  • Contact the prospect merchants and arrange to demonstrate the company services.
  • Arrange to collect the required documents as per the prevailing policy from the prospect merchants.
  • Coordinate with the partner banks and the company operations team for smooth onboarding of merchants.
  • Handle documents deficiency and exceptions with the concerned units within the company
  • Work within the preset targets and SLAs.
  • Work with different time zones to meet the multi country nature of the job.

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in business administration (Preferable GUC,BUE )
  • Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Dynamic and eager to learn
  • Organized and target driven
  • Decent excel and word capabilities is a must
