Job Description

  • Follow all relevant IT operations and infrastructure policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of subordinates to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the IT
  • Operations and infrastructure units activity is carried out in an efficient manner
  • Study various departments\ requirements and discuss needs with users to understand and clarify the requirements from the application system to be developed
  • Carry out system analysis and design (applications/infrastructure), delegating less complex tasks to team members as part of capability building and training
  • Prepare project plan and work progress for the team, assigning tasks and responsibilities and monitoring the progress of the project
  • Undertake checks on the work completed by team members under own supervision to ensure outputs are of the technical standard
  • Lead the process of system testing (applications/infrastructure) and ensures effective debugging to guarantee the smooth flow of systems in a timely manner
  • Implement the application software and monitor the running of the system to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the system
  • Provide the required training for the systems and applications deployed to end users to ensure the proper utilization of the systems in line with their requirements and business objectives

Job Requirements
