Skills And Tools:
A successful HR supervisor will have extensive HR experience, be familiar with company procedures, and have sound labor law knowledge. You should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the HR department and staff members
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Developing, reviewing, and improving internal administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Extract records and prepare reports relevant to HR
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Dealing with governmental institutions (Labor office – Governmental Medical Insurance – Insurance office
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar degree.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in a similar role.
- Very Good English Level.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Facility Service background is a plus.
