Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate and expand market share in Russia & China.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of complex business agreements, including joint ventures, strategic alliances, and licensing agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry associations, and government agencies in Russia & China.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Russia & China.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand, products, and solutions in the region.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the business development team in Russia & China, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in Russia & China to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Starting 2024 we've decided to remove bachelor degrees from all of our non-technical jobs, we believe skills and expertise are what really matter .
  • Proven track record of 5-10 years of successful business development experience in the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and client feedback to drive business strategies.
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue goals and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory frameworks in Russia & China.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian/Chinese languages is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Russia & China and internationally as required.
