Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO 
  • Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings 
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings 
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive 
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary 
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s). 
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system 
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements 
  • Rack various reports and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports 
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports 
  • Take minutes during meetings

Job Requirements

  • C-suite-level executive assistant to provide high-level support for the CEO of a large group of companies. 
  • Minimum of total 10 years of work experience. Minimum 4 years as a high-level executive assistant. 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic language 
  • Any experience outside of assistant duties is a plus (sales, marketing, finance, project management, etc…) 
  • Able to read, understand and comment on financial reports, HR reports, project management reports, and technical reports. 
  • Quick learner: Willing and able to learn various technical matters related to work 
  • Highly mobile: Willing and able to travel outside Cairo
