Conducting regular meetings with affiliates to boost their performance & sharing the Meeting minutes with the affiliates.
Assigning coupons to affiliates.
Recycling coupons upon shortage.
Analyzing affiliate performance on a regular basis and sharing findings with the team + with affiliates.
Setting regular targets for affiliates to achieve.
AM communication: Following up with AM team on coupon requests, performance requests, other requests.
Conducting regular market research on how to boost performance.
Deciding on the optimum affiliate payouts.
Creating affiliate payment reports.
Innovating ways to boost affiliate performance.
Updating affiliate profiles with relevant information, deals, etc.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer service representative, and Affiliates manager.
Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal).
Problem solving skills.
Experience in Has Offers/Cake or any other affiliate management platform is beneficial.
Experience in Web development is beneficial.
Has a marketing or advertising background.
Attention to detail.
Creative thinking. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
