- Manage and Moderate our social media accounts” comments, messages, WhatsApp, calls and leads form”.
- Maintain an average response time of 30 Mines or less on all social channels.
- Oversee our organic channels and moderating all questions, comments & concerns.
- Working closely with telesales and sales admin to manage all results of social leads.
- Create effective content to manage social media post strategy through all channels.
- Make sure the company website is up to date with the latest projects and content.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reports from social channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices technologies.
- Responsible for marketing inputs in CRM & reports.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in Online Sales.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Good to V. Good command of the English language.
- Good communication & computer skills.
