Marketing Activations Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• To develop, lead and manage company's projects for different clients/products.
• To develop a strong working relationship with the client and key internal customers and organize and direct effective project teams for each program.
• To work closely with the senior management team, the warehouse manager, the area managers, the team in the field and the client's account persons, throughout the projects lifecycle (pre-planning, production, quality checking, fielding and deliverable stages) and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial and business strategy, focusing primarily on the development of the existing services and thereafter on the expansion to new services area.
• To ensure that all objectives are understood by the team and to take the lead in driving the project support team towards the common goal of: efficient sampling processes, efficient production and delivery processes, meet the needs and requirements of the clients, processes adherence and flawless providing of client's guidelines.

Job Description:

• Clear understanding of client's objectives and guidelines.
• Ensure clear communication among all teams involved in successful delivery of projects. This includes:
  • Day to day communication with the area managers - warehouse manager (stock handling, usage of online and reporting tools)
  • Day to day reporting to the senior management team.
• Setup and implement strategy for successful completion of new and on-going projects to be delivered on time, on budget and on scope.
  • Delivery timelines.
  • Supervision of sampling process in the agreed points.
  • Effective project action plans - yearly / quarterly and monthly plans of the teams.
  • Identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
  • meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
  • Managing changes in the project scope and providing alternate solutions. 
  • Monthly evaluation of the team's performance based on the targets.
• Manage all project needs including confirming project monthly targets. 
• Manage and reorganize the programs in the markets, liaise with specific points in Health Sections.
• Sign off and ownership of field quality checks. 
• Organize and control the field personnel training and performance monthly.
• Client communication and updating.
• Cultivate excellent communication and assure timeless and accurate reports with the evolved parties.
• Review the delivery plans, monthly distribution reports.
• Meet and maintain good collaboration with health sector, company's personnel, teams, clients and other involved parties.
• Managing endorsement, contract and communication with Authorities, non-governmental organizations and key opinion leaders in medical community.
• Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the senior Management team for which training and / or an explanation has been provided and understood.
