Responsibilities:

  • Online Interaction:
    • Engage in online chat platforms to address inquiries and provide information.
    • Respond to social media messages and comments promptly.
  • Client Follow-up:
    • Schedule and apply follow-up methods with potential clients.
    • Conduct regular phone calls to maintain contact and address queries
  • Visits:

  • Market Analysis:
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and changes.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
    • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Highlight product features and benefits aligned with customer needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales.
    • Close deals and finalize contracts with customers.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction to promote repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance and metrics.
  • Training and Development:
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and sales techniques.
    • Continuously update skills through training and professional development.
  • Feedback:
    • Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve products or services.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
