Job Description
MW3 is searching for a chief technology officer who will be responsible for the technical team/projects from scratch. The CTO will be in charge of running the current and future projects of MW3.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the Artificial Intelligence, BlockChain, Cybersecurity and web/app development sectors
- The CTO should have sufficient experience with a large group of developers (as well as hiring developers)
- Follow and receive daily reporting from operating departments and report directly to the company's founder and advisory board
- Some experience with MERN stack, python, and any other will be an added asset
- Great English skills
- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
- Presenting MW3 projects with the clients in Egypt and other countries
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
- Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
