Job Description
- Responsible for the development, implementation and managing loyalty program.
- Ultimately responsible for customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for the program and overall sales contribution of the Loyalty program as part of the overall business.
- Manage closely reports and dashboards for program performance
- Enhance with new ideas program partner list and seasonal offerings
- Manage the relation with exclusive partners as well as program vendor ethically and professionally to the welfare of customers and general interest
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Planning and organizing
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
