Job Description
- Providing technical support and assistance for users queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques to resolve technical issues.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary hardware parts for Pcs, Laptops and peripherals.
- Resolving LAN and WAN network issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining internet lines, antivirus software and firewall incidents.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of IT Help Desk.
- University degree in IT-related field or any IT relevant education.
- Good knowledge of computer software systems including Windows operating systems and office applications.
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
- Microsoft certificate is preferred.
- Good analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Candidate must be Cairo or Giza residents
