Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the structural design process for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
• Perform structural analysis and design using appropriate software and tools.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Review and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams to integrate structural designs with overall project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Participate in meetings (Vendor, Internal, and Client), review progress, and address interface/implementation/execution issues.
• Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with client is essential.
• Thorough understanding of Engineering planning and control methods.
