Job Description
- Responsible for preparing the required CNC router programs and follow up the manufacturing of new modules until they are inside the GRP workshop
- Prepare/ make the required CNC wood router programs.
- Follow up on the GRP and painting workshop groups.
- Follow up on the workshop plan, and coordinate molding operations on assigned technicians to ensure maintaining prototype and production schedules.
- Capitalize and collaborate the efficiency of the 5 axis router and follow-up on the maintenance plan.
- Follow up on the raw materials needed for the workshop and introduce new materials that can assist in the rapid prototyping and molding process.
- Receive and analyze all the technical feedbacks received from the production and quality departments concerning the GRP and ABS products to identify the root cause to be addressed and solved.
- Follow up the on workshop workers to ensure the work performance is carried out with no delays and obstacles at all times.
- Assume other responsibilities as directed by immediate line manager.
Job Requirements
- BSC of Material Science Engineering.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good computer skills (Solid Works, Auto CAD and Office Applications).
- CNC certificate is a MUST.
