Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage product data.
- Format and write clear, concise, and compelling product descriptions.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by cross-verifying information and rectifying discrepancies.
- Organize product information and perform data cleaning and management using Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas).
- Upload and manage product images and media assets, ensuring they meet platform specifications.
- Update and maintain live product listings based on inventory changes, promotions, or new product details.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely listing and updates of products.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. You should be comfortable with data entry,
formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic formula usage. - Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) is mandatory. You
should be able to understand and interpret product information accurately and write clear,
concise descriptions. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
