Job Description
- Follow up materials supplying to ensure there is no missing that may obstruct production plan
- Follow and supervise toll manufacturing plan; availability of raw material, packaging materials and manufacturing capabilities.
- Reporting to the planning section once the external stores are ready to receive the manufacturing materials; quantities should be determined by the planning section
- Find solutions of all production procedures' issues that related to toll manufacturing follow up and implementation in the external plants or in MOH
- Coordinate with registration department for sending the withdrawn samples to MOH, complete any requests to register products and send samples or any pharmaceutical inspection requirements on time.
- Coordinate warehouse department of the company to receive the finished products to be stored in plant warehouse.
- Follow up with the internal and external auditor to ensure that batches comply with MOH specifications
- Follow up the implementation of the manufacturing contacts; the term, obligations; rights & delivery dates.
- Follow up the stores of toll manufacturing companies; check the availability of raw & packaging materials, the waste from the materials, the deviation between the materials & the products, check if there is any shortage or damage in the materials & record all that in reports for deficit deduction of the financial payment of others.
- Comply the finished products with production requirements & HSE in manufacturing & follow up samples compliance with the related departments in the company or toll manufacturing company.
- Ensure the compliance of the finished products manufactured with the toll companies & responsible for not receiving any rejected products
- Responsible for the manufacture of new preparations in foreign companies and receive all the papers from the new preparation Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Pharmacy or Science .
- Experience from (3 - 5 ) years in Toll manufacturing role (In& Out ).
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience is A must .
- SAP User is a must
- 6th October city resident or nearby are preferred.
