Job Description
- Attracting Clients for Container storage (Empty and Full) and Cargo warehouse storage – E- Commerce – Consolidation
- Marketing of our warehousing facilities (Bonded Yard + Warehouses)
- Implement advanced warehouse management system and handling integrations with customers.
- Leading the warehousing operations and applying best warehousing practices according to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct market study to Identify and implement opportunities to improve service and grow revenues in warehousing and distribution business
- Meet specified sales budget plan set by top management.
- Create a business development plan with short- and long-term business objectives, initiatives and quantified value-added contributions
- Manage communications with account stakeholders, building strong relationships based upon partnership.
- Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction of services, deep selling of existing clients, and support for the implementation of new clients, as assigned.
- Expanding horizontally and vertically our potentials with current customer list
- Ensures compliance with customer requirements, customer contracts, quality goals, service levels, performance standards, and KPIs
- Maximize sales revenues and yield a specific customer portfolio whilst actively gaining new profitable business.
- Planning and conducting visits to maintain existing business and gain new business.
- Ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and professionally
Job Requirements
- 15+ years in Logistics industry required specifically in warehousing and distribution
- Expert knowledge with warehousing and distribution highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent marketing, communication, networking, interpersonal and influencing skills to communicate and command respect at all levels.
- Strong sales and reporting experience and ability
- Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
- Capable of independently meeting expected sales goals
