Job Description
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels and processes purchasing orders and receiving as required and tracking orders.
- Records purchases and maintains the database sheets.
- Reconciles actual stock to systems monthly report.
- Familiar with the costing system and product cost.
- Implementation of warehouse and billing database structures.
- Participate in the supervision of the warehouses inventory at the end of each quarter.
- Reporting stagnant or slow-moving or fast-moving items with the storekeeper & supply chain department.
- Coordinating the working orders between all warehouses.
- Daily monitoring of stock movement and running report of daily inventory adjustment.
- Guiding the stores on receiving deliveries, returning PO and some operational issues involving stocks.
- Doing sudden stock take for the running warehouses.
- Ensure the stock on system matching together with finance to discover if there are discrepancies.
- Reporting system issues related to warehouse operation activity affecting the stocks.
- Prepare the annual stock taking of warehouses then taking actions.
- Make the monthly expire date report and send them to both supply chain and quality departments.
- Adjust the items on system when needed.
- Extract Sales Reports according to the consumption of finished goods warehouse stock.
- Maintains weighted average cost inventory system and follows established valuation method.
- Actively involved in implementation of company inventory cycle count program.
- Monitor the returns of the sold books to ensure that the amount matches the system.
- Prepare inventory equation report.
- Prepare monthly purchasing by item and by vendor report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Experience in stock control Accountant from 4 to 6 years.
- preferably experienced in Printing & Packing industry.
- ERP system background experience.
