Job Description
- Minimize operating risk through solid follow up and rigid timely reports.
- Maintain solid safekeeping process (securities are kept safely in a fireproof cabinet – Ensure dual custody concerning fireproof cabinets…etc.).
- Review lease contracts and addendums.
- Ensure proper execution for lease transactions according to the credit approval and the approved deviations.
- Ensure document completion and securities validity.
- Prepare or Review Credit Advising Forms that summarize the instructions issued by the office personnel in the Company Credit Committee, EXCO & BOD & Provision Committee.
- Rigorous compliance monitoring against credit risk policies & procedures.
- Offer on – the – job training for the subordinate staff to have them better acquainted with the company’s policies and strategies.
- Enhance and upgrading Managerial skills, leasing knowledge, credit risk, and credit analysis through workshops, seminars, training courses….etc.
- Fulfilling any other task required.
- ORACLE User.
- Follow up on Company Credit Committee, EXCO & BOD & Provision Committee.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations in any financial institute OR 2 years’ experience Credit Administration.
- Credit knowledge is a plus.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English.
