E-commerce Customer Service
We’re looking for a talented customer service agent to join our E-commerce team. Your main role will be to handle our customer inquiries, issues, orders, and complaints
The perfect candidate is able to multi task, keep calm under pressure, be able to handle telephone calls, and be able to solve issues on the spot.
- location : Fifth Settlement - new Cairo
Job tasks:
-Answer all customer inquiries, handle complaints promptly, and provide superior service via phone•
Contacting customers directly to help in their inquiries and closing their cases.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone.
• Understanding our products and strong product knowledge
• Keeping records or customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with different departments when necessary.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
• Creating reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes to have cumulative data to track performance.
• Resolving any shipping issues with customers and couriers.
