Job Description
we are hiring Software testing team leader who will help in improving the overall testing practices of the organization to achieve better outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive manual and automated test planning & strategy and implement QC standards.
- Assist the development team in implementing and executing manual/automated tests based on the agreed-upon acceptance criteria.
- Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites
- Defect analysis and logging defects and feature improvements into our tracking system and seeing each one through to completion
- Responsible to ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated via alternate mechanisms.
- Documenting, escalating, and help mitigate areas of high-risk for mission-critical systems.
- Active Participation in determining acceptance criteria of new features as well as changes.
- Determine appropriate test & deployment strategy for changes, including new features and architecture changes.
- Strong adherent to agile principles and practices.
- Understands the importance of data insofar as to analyze reported issues, inform severity and impact of defects, understand edge cases, and inform the priority of tests.
- Write and supervise the technical product testing plan with clear timing.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 years proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- BC.S in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Certified ISTQB and Software test automation knowledge is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, SQL, IIS, and TFS.
- Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices, Leadership.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
