Summary:
- We are looking for a competent Office manager to support the chairman of hotels and resort chain .
- Office manager must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that the chairman can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks.
- The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Follow up on all issues until resolution is achieved.
- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the entire group
- Organizing meetings, managing databases and maintaining agendas of the Chairman.
- Booking transportation and accommodation for the chairman.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Proven experience as Office manager or similar administrative role
- We provide accommodation for candidates from outside Alexandria.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Degree in business administration or relative field
