Job Description

Summary: 

  • We are looking for a competent  Office manager to support the chairman of hotels and resort chain . 
  • Office manager must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that the chairman can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks.
  • The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.

Duties:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  •  Follow up on all issues until resolution is achieved.
  • Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the entire group
  • Organizing meetings, managing databases and maintaining agendas of the Chairman.
  • Booking transportation and accommodation for the chairman.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Proven experience as Office manager or similar administrative role
  • We provide accommodation for candidates from outside Alexandria.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Degree in business administration or relative field
