Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent, specifically for the home appliances sector.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and regularly update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Conduct job and task analysis to document role requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings across appropriate platforms (job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.).
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other tools.
- Screen resumes and job applications effectively.
- Conduct interviews using structured and reliable recruiting and selection methods.
- Evaluate candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, with a focus on the home appliances industry.
- Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruiting.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work.”
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a recruiter (either in-house or with a staffing agency).
- Strong ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with different selection processes (e.g., video interviews, phone screenings, reference checks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the home appliances industry is preferred.
