- Responsible for implementing strategic plans to accomplish targets, increase volume, maximize revenues & profits.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve targets.
- Formulate challenging career paths for sales team.
- Interview potential candidates according to HR procedures.
- Schedule visits to various Enterprise accounts to capture feedback, monitor performance and sales coaching.
- Inform risk department in case of any suspicious or fraud accounts.
- Ensure implementation of e& processes and policies.
- Handling cross functional activities and projects efficiently.
- Ensure high account management.
- Ensure punctuality and reports deadlines.
- Maintains excellent knowledge of e& products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate accounts’ needs.
- Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Supervisor.

- Excellent strategic management skills.

- Excellent leadership skills Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
