Job Description
We are looking for Sales account manager Building rapport with new and existing clients, Translating client needs into actionable campaign strategies, Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
Maintains knowledge and awareness of competing services, discount and pricing structures, and Managing collections to stay with the business.
- Develop and manage good working relationships with Sponsors, Corporates & TPA’s
- Follow up on the existing clients, generate new leads and visit potential new client
- Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
- Provide accurate quotations and meet sales targets & KPI’s
- Introduce new products & service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activities.
- Up sell the added-value services wherever possible
- Deliver good customer service by responding to queries and concerns from clients
- keep up to date with current market conditions and competitors' products
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Work with the sales operations team to amend processes where necessary in order to meet client demand
- Support the finance team in the claims collection process
- Support the operation steam in dealing with new providers
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience at least
- Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
