Job Description
| Provide innovative analytical insights within the Master Data Hubs, Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new feature in order to respond to data and product related inquiries in real-time to support business and technical teams |
| Engineering the process of bringing together the component subsystems within the Master Data Management and the entire corporation data into one system so that system can deliver the overarching functionality and Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity. |
| Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality to impact positively the Master Data Management unit and the entire corporation KPIs. |
| Prepare and transform big data sets into actionable information in an easy-to-understand format to support the decision makers and end users to make more effective data-driven decisions. |
| Use business intelligence and analytics tools to mine data from primary and secondary sources and reflect it to plans and actions helps to have more agile and advanced business performance. |
| Support various internal departments in identifying risks and opportunities to each program’s critical business processes. Develop tactical (short-term) and strategic (long-term) action plans to mitigate the risks and capitalize on the opportunities for further growth, scalability, and sustainability. |
Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies. Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards. Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements. Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements

Job Requirements

| Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or college. |

| Any related field preferably in Computer Science or Information System. |
