Job Description
- Review plans and specifications according to the plan
- Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system
- Prepare and review HVAC, FF & plumbing design and shop drawings
- Prepare and review load estimation, duct sizing, Hydraulic calculation, water supply and sewerage calculation
- Review equipment datasheet
- Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions
- Assist in the installation of MEP work
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations
- Prepare detailed bill of materials for tenders or projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
- At least 3 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
