Job Description
- Managing the Merchants on-boarding queue
- Maintain reliable updated restaurant records in terms of the creation and updating of our restaurant menus,
- pictures and brand settings.
- Conduct onboarding to the brands in terms of cashier and management training.
- Convert closed deals into on-boarded merchants
- Contribute to ROR% in the onboarding phase (first 1week- 1 month).
- Contribute to Transaction/ Branch in the onboarding phase (first 1week- 1 month)
- You have the ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- You’re a Fast learner with good time management skills.
- You are a Self-motivated, hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility
- You’re Proficient in typing and transcription.
- You’ve Customer-oriented attitude
- Hold a university degree
- Communicate very good in English
- Have 0-3 years experience in related field
- Having customer service experience is an advantage
