Job Description
- Researching prospective PSPs, evaluate their business size & qualify to sign with.
- Follow up on activating new PSPs & make sure all the needed preparations are handled.
- Activating company’s services & products to current & prospective PSPs.
- Performing administrative follow-ups to resolve PSPs requests & issues.
- Present periodical statistics & analysis to PSPs to make sure they are on track from our company’s perspective.
- Building rapport with PSPs’ staff & perform excellent account management.
- Performing analysis periodically to maximize company’s revenues & recommend new services to Sales team.
- Handling the department’s internal tasks & keep records of signed contracts, MOUs, invoices, payments, etc….
Job Requirements
- BA/Commerce business administrations
- 8-10 years of experience in Accounts Management preferably in the e-payments field.
- Familiar with the Egyptian market.
- Sales skills
- High Communication skills (a must)
- Problem solving techniques
- Marketing knowledge
- Exceptional spoken and written skills (in English)
- Business awareness to keep up with technologies and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow up skills required
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
