Job Description

  1. Researching prospective PSPs, evaluate their business size & qualify to sign with.
  2. Follow up on activating new PSPs & make sure all the needed preparations are handled.
  3. Activating company’s services & products to current & prospective PSPs.
  4. Performing administrative follow-ups to resolve PSPs requests & issues.
  5. Present periodical statistics & analysis to PSPs to make sure they are on track from our company’s perspective.
  6. Building rapport with PSPs’ staff & perform excellent account management.
  7. Performing analysis periodically to maximize company’s revenues & recommend new services to Sales team.
  8. Handling the department’s internal tasks & keep records of signed contracts, MOUs, invoices, payments, etc….

Job Requirements

  • BA/Commerce business administrations
  • 8-10 years of experience in Accounts Management preferably in the e-payments field.
  • Familiar with the Egyptian market.
  • Sales skills
  • High Communication skills (a must)
  • Problem solving techniques
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Exceptional spoken and written skills (in English)
  • Business awareness to keep up with technologies and trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent follow up skills required
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
