- Develop a business strategy to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimizing profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales revenues.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Manage store budget and maintain financial records.
- Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed.

Job Requirements
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Must have an Apple experience.
- V.good English.
- Proven successful experience as a branch manager & seniority in sales.
