Job Description
- Follow up on all carried out operations in internal system
- Following on the execution of orders till accomplishment
- Respond to customers ( CRM Team) inquires/requests on time
- Follow up with customers, operations branches & dispatchers to ensure orders fulfillment
- Prepare Trucking documents to finance for invoicing and AP settlement
- The role includes improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of the company procedures and processes
Job Requirements
- BC degree , Arab Academy - Logistics is Preferable
- Details oriented.
- Previous experience in logistics industry is a MUST
- Port procedures background is a MUST
- Port Said Accommodations is a MUST
