Main Job Duties:
- A means of communication between the store and the customer service department.
- Cancel orders based on coordination with customer service.
- Contacting clients who don't respond to delegates.
- Solving clients' problems with the delegates.
- Contacting customers that didn't receive the orders, to coordinate with them and make sure they need the orders.
- He'll contact customers to make sure they need the orders before shipping them with shipping companies.
- Ensure that all orders are prepared on the system and there is no delay.
- Put the shipment numbers on the orders.
- Deliver products to the orders department.

- 1+ years of experience in Customer service.
- Complex problem-solving skills
