Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • A means of communication between the store and the customer service department.
  • Cancel orders based on coordination with customer service.
  • Contacting clients who don't respond to delegates.
  • Solving clients' problems with the delegates.
  • Contacting customers that didn't receive the orders, to coordinate with them and make sure they need the orders.
  • He'll contact customers to make sure they need the orders before shipping them with shipping companies.
  • Ensure that all orders are prepared on the system and there is no delay.
  • Put the shipment numbers on the orders.
  • Deliver products to the orders department.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate Males Only.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer service.
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Good to V. Good Command of English language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
