Job Description
- Internal Process Designing, Documenting, Mapping, reengineering and Automation for all departments processes and procedures, maintain and update all process-related documents for reference purposes
- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction and assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals
- Using DMAIC approach and data analysis to identify process gaps, and provided improvement ideas
- Data gathering to define gabs and root cause of variation and poor performance and defects in order to identify opportunities for improvement within an organization’s processes
- Monitoring and controlling new processes in order to check if changes lead to efficient results
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Good experience in creating processes and quality management is required
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Time Management
- Principles of Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) skills
