Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Work on Odoo accounting software to manage financial transactions.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Collaborate with different departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely bank payments
Job Requirements
- 7 years of experience in financial accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with ODOO or other ERP systems and financial software is a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
